Ayurveda Consultation
An Ayurvedic consultation is utilized to assist in the your overall health and wellness through diet, daily routines, cleansing as well as herbal remedies.
Information is gathered from a pulse reading taken at your wrist. Also, an examination of your facial features, hair, and nails gives a strong indication of how your organs are functioning. We will also incorporate any additional information you provide through a questionnaire. We will address your current state of diet, digestion and elimination. Once we complete your body analysis I will educate you on which foods, spices, herbs, exercise routines , Ayurvedic treatments, cleanses and any addtional remedies that would be best for your own unique constitution.
These remedies can be then applied to your life long term and you will be empowered to be your own advocate in leading a healthy life.
Abhyanga
Abhyanga is a warm oil therapy. A therapist will work with warm oils as well as aromatherapy and accupressure to unwind your nervous system. This promotes the mind to calm and relaxation while the body eliminates the toxins. Helps to bring grounding to the physical, mental and emotional being and provides deep rest to achieve complete relaxation with heightened awareness.
Netra Basti

Netra Basti is a restorative and preventative treatment of pouring warm ghee in the eyes to reduce strain and stress and improve vision. Also helps nourish the nervous system through the close connection between eyeballs and the brain.
The organ of the eye also acts as a gateway to the mind and nervous system, and as such this therapy interfaces with, and nourishes, both.
This treatment is supportive for
- dry or burning eyes, excessive screen time, black spots, floaters, Bell’s Palsy, astigmatism, exhausted nervous system, busy mind, stress

Swedana
This ancient Ayurvedic herbal steam bath therapy drains the toxins from deep tissues offering a further and complete detoxification. It also helps nourish the skin, cleanses the respiratory system, relieves stiffness, sore muscles and joint pain, reduces inflammation and helps to relieve stress.
Kati Basti
Kati Basti is an Ayurvedic oil therapy for the low back. Organic flour is used to create a reservoir that is placed over the lumbar spine and sacrum. The pelvis, sacrum, lumbar spine, and colon are all considered home sites of Vata dosha, and will be places where the symptoms of Vata imbalance first express. Warm, medicated, herbal oils are poured inside the reservoir, concentrating the healing benefits of the oil where you need it most. The warm, unctuous, lubricating qualities of the oil counter the effects of excess cold, dry, rough, mobile Vata qualities in the lower body, nourishing spinal discs, and countering the effects of arthritis. As it calms Vata, it will leave you feeling deeply grounded and relaxed.
This treatment is supportive for
- low back pain, sciatica, stiffness, slipped spinal discs, prolapsed vertebra, muscle spasms, lumbar scoliosis, vertebral bone spurs
Avoid this treatment if you are experiencing
- swelling in the lumbar region, pregnancy, skin infection, current menstruation, or are unable to lie prone for 10+ minutes.
Hyridya Basti

Hyridya in Sanskrit means heart and ‘Basti’ means retaining something inside.
Hyridya Basti is an Ayurvedic treatment for the heart, both the physical heart and the emotional heart. Organic flour is used to create a reservoir that is placed over the sternum. Warm, medicated, herbal oils are poured inside the reservoir, concentrating the healing benefits of the oil where you need it most.
This treatment is supportive for
- nourishing the cardiac muscles, loosening the grip of deep seated grief, unresolved emotions such as anger, resentment, soothing the lungs, deeply relaxation and rejuvenation.

What is Ayurveda
ĀyurVeda is a natural system of medicine, and it originated in India (specifically the Himalaya region) more than 5000 thousand years ago.
The term ĀyurVeda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayu (life) and veda (science or knowledge). Thus, ĀyurVeda translates to science of life.

Panchakarma
Panchakarma is a method of cleansing the body of all the unwanted waste after oleation therapy. Panchakarma in Sanskrit means 5 (five) in number; hence the term PANCHA (five) – KARMA (procedures). Panchakarma treatment is unique in the sense that it includes preventive, curative and promotive actions to address various imbalances.

Gem & Color Therapy
This traditional Āyurvedic treatment is another form of vibration therapy in which gemstones or semi precious stones are used to retune your body, mind and spirit, encouraging relaxation, healing and wellness.
This one-on-one service uses gemstones placed on the body to generate vibrations that produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system. Each gemstone and its colors have associated healing properties that can be used to balance the energy points on the body also known as Chakras.
For Chakra Balancing, the therapist will make and assessment along with the client to determine the areas on the body that require the most healing, and uses these crystals as well as tuning forks and essential oils to assist in balancing, grounding and relaxing the body and mind and spirit.
Vibrational Therapy
This traditional Āyurvedic treatment is a form of therapy in which vibrations is used to retune your body, mind and spirit, encouraging relaxation, healing and wellness. Traditionally vibrations come through speaking and singing of mantras and usage of metal singing bowls and chimes.
This one-on-one service uses both therapeutic metals and crystal singing bowls as well as tuning forks and other instruments placed on or around the body to create a combination of tones and vibrations that produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system.

Shirodhara
In Sanskrit Shiro means (head) and dhara means (flow). This traditional Āyurvedic treatment is a form of oil therapy in which a continuous stream of warm, medicated oil is poured over the forehead and 3rd eye.
Shirodhara facilitates a deep state of relaxation and had a profound impact on the nervous system. It is an incredibly effective therapy for conditions of high vata and pitta, especially conditions that manifests in the mind and nervous system: like busy mind, difficult focusing, anxiety, stress, and fatigue.
